What Data is Permanently Deleted?

Upon request verification, we permanently erase your profile details, phone number, name, login credentials, saved delivery addresses, push notification tokens, and uploaded photos from active Firebase databases.

Technician Location & KYC Logs

For technician accounts, all background location tracking records, GPS trail history, and live presence tokens are purged from active servers within 7 business days.

Statutory Retention Exceptions

Completed tax invoices, GST billing records, and payment receipts are retained for the mandatory statutory period under Indian Tax laws (up to 7 years) solely for regulatory compliance before final shredding.
